I moved to Sequoia Condo's two months ago. I had heard some horror stories about the area, so far, I have yet to see any problems. The exterior of the Villa style condo's has been completely renovated and looks really great. Many of the previous comments seem to be racially based. This is a diverse area. It's not for everyone. I can barely hear my son in the next room, let alone the neighbors. The bus stops virtually outside my door. The community is well lit, and pet friendly.
I don't understand why this is relevant to Swift Run Trails. We are well over a dozen miles from any part of Alexandria--and probably 20 miles from the Sequoia community. If this is a categorical post into many different areas, I believe that would make it inappropriate. Thanks--jg
