OUR COMMUNITY

Barristers Place is composed of the following streets: Abbotsford Drive, Center Street, Counsellor Drive, Statute Lane, Docket Lane, Decree Lane, Deed Court, Witness Court, Darrow Court, Client Drive, Judge Court, Sheriff Court and Verdict Drive

LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Homes on Counsellor Drive with numbers in the 9600s as well as homes on Witness Court are within the limits of the Town of Vienna. The Mayor of the Town of Vienna is M.Jane Seeman 703 255 6311
All other homes in Barristers Place are in the County of Fairfax. The local Supervisor is Catherine Hudgins, 703 478 0283

ASSOCIATION DUES/REQUIREMENTS

All residents are automatically members of the Community Association. Dues to maintain common property are $53.50 yearly, due on January 1. Checks should be mailed to BPCA, PO Box 1192, Vienna, Va., 22183. Dues are considered delinquent after February 1 and are subject to late fees and collection charges. All alterations/additions/color changes to homes within the community are subject to review by the BPCA Board. Requests must be made in writing before work can begin.
