Philip Berg, a Democrat and Philadelphia lawyer, has filed suit in federal court in Philadelphia, PA against Sen. Barak Obama and the DNC on the matter of Obama's citizenship, character, credentials and qualifications for President of the United States.
It's about time somebody did.....

As of 10/22/08 Judge Surrick has not handed down a judgement in the lawsuit, although it is suspected he will do so in the next two(2) days. Berg today filed a Motion for Summary Judgement in the action since Obama and the DNC did not respond to a previous motion (FR36) within the required 30 day period, thereby admitting all Berg's allegations in the suit. If it stands, it could be bad for Obama...
There are six(6) other suits pending against Obama in other states including Hawaii. A Judge in Hawaii today has set Nov. 7 for a hearing on a subphoena for production of Obama's birth certificate. Obama fled to Hawaii today (he said his granny's sick--said so 3 days ago)-why did he wait 3 days if she's so ill? I think it smells like the fix is in out there.....

OK, fine. He was born in a manger in Hawaii. Now, when will he release his medical records like the other candidates? Why does he resist ever stinking step? It's not cool. It just makes people suspicious.
