Is it just me JOS, or does anyone else notice there is no doctor's name and signature nor witness name and signature on the birth certificate?

Secondly, in reading the certificate, it may be just me; but I seem to remember that the capital "I" on typewriters were a bold verticle line with a top and bottom horizontal line; unlike alot of computers today where you change the font and script.

Why does it have just a single vertical line for that capital letter?

Does it have anything to do with the form's revision date of 11/01 on the bottom? My original certificate is still in my courhouse. Why would someone need a revised form printed up?

Wonder why there is no sign of a paper-crimping stamp for certification?

Maybe someone will provide us with a better copy.

There are SO MANY unanswered questions about the junior senator from Illinois. He is close to being the master-of-evasion. When - or even IF - one challenges him about an issue or statement the 'answer' is filled with lobs against the present administration and no clear-cut answers to the question asked. When challenged about the 'tax cuts for 95% of Americans' and the fact that 40% of Americans pay NO income tax - his reply was that they pay FICA if they work, they pay sales tax and blah blah blah. Exactly what does that mean - that they will get a 'rebate' on the FICA? that they will get a rebate on sales tax? that they will get a rebate on property tax? WHAT does that mean? IF the rebates are 'the answer' - then that is not a tax cut - but a tax break and the result is the govt will write a check to those folks. Where does the govt get the money to write a check? You guessed it - from the taxes that YOU pay. So what will happen to the taxes that YOU pay? If you think they will go down I have some stock I would LOVE to sell you.

I know that America is not liking this financial situation - but I can't understand how they think that this man, who has never ran a business, worked out budgets for a company, or even displayed good judgement in his associations will suddenly become the end-all be-all for the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.Those same folks need to look back and understand that when the wheels REALLY began to fall off of our financial wagon was late 2006, when the democrats took over control of Congress.

There is an easy solution, produce the documents and put it to bed and move on. If not then there has to be a reason.
