Well, I'm sure most have noticed by now that the fountain in the back is no longer running.  It was on it's last leg and I guess it finally gave up.  Just in time for summer, Fleetwood will be getting a new fountain in the next couple of weeks!  Those of you who live around the pond are in for a treat!!

Is there a website we can go to for a sneak peak at what the new fountain will look like? The sooner we get the new fountain, the better. Scum is starting to accumulate on the pond surface. What day will it be installed? I would love to be home to watch the installation, just out of curiosity as to how they are actually placed.

The fountain will look like the fountain that is in the front pond.  Southeastern Pond Co. is scheduled to install the fountain late AM or early PM on Thursday.  Also, I believe efforts are being made toward treatment throughout the summer for the scum issues on both ponds. 

Molly, I have been on Greenwood for 2 years but I am a new user here.  Since you are not on the board, are you an office holder of some type since you are keeping us informed?  Also, what is the plan to treat the pond?  It is still a swamp full of scum.  Also what is policy of stocking the pond with fish?
