Aurora Highlands Vista HOA

I moved to Quincy Hill just after the roads were re-done. My corner of the community has 2 parking spaces which I had always concidered ''Guest Parking'' although there are is no sign or markings on the street. My new neighbors have taken these spaces over as if they were theirs. My guests have no where to park. They drive around and around looking for a space. It is frustrating. Is there any way to get ''Guest Parking'' signs put up or painted on the street? Does anyone know who I should talk to about this?
