...to the official site of the Asheford Crossing Homeowners Assocociation. Located just southeast of Hickory Hollow Mall, in Davidson County, Asheford Crossing is a quiet and family-friendly community with just over 260 homes.

Asheford Crossing is conveniently located with easy access to I-24 and Murfreesboro Road. Local shoppping includes Dillards, Hechts, TJ Maxx, Haverty's, Garden Ridge, Kroger and Michaels just to name a few. Restaurants include O'Charleys, Outback, Red Lobster and Logans Roadhouse.

This purpose of this website is to provide the homeowners of our community with up to date information regarding the association. We hope this site will be an easy tool for accessing this information.

About our association

Although...

...Phillips Builders began development on Asheford Crossing in 1995, the homeowners association was not formed until March of 2002.

Phillips Builders maintained control of the homeowners association until this time. In June of 1999, Phillips hired Apex Ventures as the property management company.

At the annual homeowner meeting in March, the Board of Directors were nominated and elected by the homeowners in attendance at the annual meeting or their vote was cast via proxy.
