Arapahoe Highlands is a wonderful, covenant-protected community with 100 homes. We are tucked away between Dry Creek Road, Clarkson Street and University Blvd. We have easy access to Dry Creek, with or without a traffic light, and to University Blvd. The homes themselves were built in the '70's, and range from 1700 to 2800 square feet on big, landscaped lots.

The neighbors in this unique neighborhood actually socialize together. We have planned events throughout the year including: garage sale, dumpster weekend, July 4th parade and picnic, Octoberfest, and annual Adult Holiday party. When those big snow storms pile up the snow in the streets, we have a plow come through. Can you believe we do all this for a $50 annual homeowners fee?

Our community schools are first rate. We are two minutes from two major grocery stores and the Southglenn library. Our area shopping just can't be beat with the Southglenn Mall one mile away and the lovely Park Meadows mecca ten minutes away.
