Ammons Park is located in central Lakewood. The streets which border the complex are West Mexico and West Jewell to the north and south and South Allison and South Ammons to the east and west. The Association is responsible for approximately 2.8 acres of common area. There are 27 buildings which comprise 108 individual units. Each building contains (1) ranch style unit, (1) penthouse style unit and (2) 2 story units. Each unit has a garage.

Ammons Park is proudly managed by Tyler Community Management, Inc. under the guidenance of a Board of Directors consisting of 6 Directors, elected to serve on the Board by the membership.

Monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held the second Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30 PM at the office of Tyler Community Management, Inc. Owners are encouraged to attend these important meetings.
