did you get a letter advertising the annual meeting? the declarations state EVERYONE has to be notified. Did your letter give you the opportunity to nominate someone new for the board? Did your letter also give you a proxy to return in the event you could not attend the annual meeting? If the answer to these questions is no then it was an illeal notice. Attend the next meeting and lets get this board GONE.
