About The Anthem Homeowner's Association
Every property owner within the Anthem community is a member of the Homeowner's Association. Membership is broken down into two categories, "A1" Members are single family homeowners, and "A2" Members are town home owners.
Each year, the members of the Association hold elections for positions to the Homeowner's Association Board of Directors. The Board consists of 7 elected individuals, each serving a two-year term in office. Terms are staggered so that in any one year only three or four of the seven Board positions are up for election.
