Say ''Yes'' on New Check-Off For Voter-Owned Elections!!!! Saying "Yes" on the check-off tells the State to send $3 to a new Public Campaign Financing Fund; it does not change your tax bill or refund. Plus The Fund supports the nation's first "voter-owned" public financing program for judicial candidates who accept strict spending limits. The Fund also pays for a much-needed voter guide for candidates running for N.C. Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
