Do you have used skates, boots, blades or skating outfits that are still in good condition but don’t use anymore? Consider donating them to the SCW Foundation! Here’s why: • The Foundation uses the proceeds to give it back to our competitors. • You get a tax deduction on the value of the item. • You feel good about clearing your closet and helping people. Interested? • Leave your item with a note in the SCW Office Foyer, or give it to Suzanne Badalamenti or Don Thureau. • Give us your name, address, phone number, and approximate used value. • We’ll try to sell it at the given value, but every 3 months we have the option to reduce the price by 20% until it sells. We’ll contact you when we’ve sold it. As long as it’s not sold, you retain the right to take it back!
