Contributions are Tax Deductible Income received from membership dues, grants, and donations from the community give Families and Allies the opportunity to provide the following to people with disabilities: · Locate community connections for social activities, jobs, housing, home ownership, and more. · Educational presentations to congregations, nonprofits, businesses and other groups on becoming more welcoming places and making connections with individuals with disabilities. · Future planning that provides an individual with direction and an Action Plan to accomplish goals and dreams. ·Personal Networks (or Circles of Support) connect individuals with a group of people that assist and support them to become more active in their community. Personal networks and community presentations DO make a difference in people’s lives. We are a bona fide, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization as recognized by the IRS, and our Articles of Incorporation are on file with the Colorado Secretary of State, charitable registration number 200730055898.
