CHEVINGTON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION Will Snell, Secretary December 30, 2003 Violet Township Trustees Violet Township Administrative Office 12970 Rustic Drive Pickerington, Ohio 43147 Re: Ashley Creek zoning plat Gentlemen: This has reference to the letter dated November 19, 2003 from Chevington Woods Civic Association (CWCA), Area 4 Trustee, Mrs. Lisa Ross to the Violet Township Trustees in regard to proposed changes to the Ashley Creek subdivision zoning plat. Trustee Ross served as liaison for the CWCA during the rather lengthy process, which eventually resulted in an agreement that allowed the developer to proceed with the Ashley Creek project. During the December 2003 regular meeting of the CWCA Board of Trustees, Trustee Ross’s letter of November 19, 2003 was reviewed and discussed by the Trustees assembled representing three hundred and ninety (390) households in Chevington Woods. Thereafter, a motion was made and passed, without dissent, that the CWCA advise the Violet Township Trustees that the CWCA fully supports Trustee Ross’s position, as set forth in her November 19, 2003 letter, in behalf of the residents of Chevington Woods. Accordingly, we respectfully request that all concerned comply with the terms and conditions agreed upon during the approval process as clearly set forth in Trustee Ross’s November 19, 2003 letter to the Violet Township Trustees.
