Spay Neuter Assistance for Pets, Inc.
General Assistance
S.N.A.P, or the Spay Neuter Assistance for Pets, Inc. program, provides discounts to pet owners in and adjacent to Muscatine County so they can spay or neuter their pets at reduced rates.
This program is offered year round at participating veterinarians.
Guidelines
Pet owners must call S.N.A.P. (563)264-2370 first to see if they income qualify.
