Chaumiere Neighborhood

Vance & I have lived in the neighborhood for just over ten years now. Vance grew up in the neighborhood; we currently live across the street from his parents who still live in his childhood home.

Having lived in a new subdivision prior to moving here, we appreciate the large lots, trees, and friendly neighbors!

Business Interests

Vance is an architect, but has been diversifying his career interests. He has renovated three homes that we resold and he will soon be starting a lawn care business.

I am a real estate consultant with RE/MAX of Kansas City. I have been selling homes for over five years now and have had the opportunity to sell several homes in the neighborhood (including the ones on either side of our home).

Fun stuff!

Vance enjoys working on vehicles...he's restored several vehicles including a 1968 Camaro & 1969 Roadrunner and has built at least one Jeep from the ground up. We spend time away from Kansas City ''rock crawling'' in the Jeep, white water rafting in Idaho, camping, and snow skiing. I also enjoy getting involved in community projects and spending time with my parents.
