THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

I am currently considering leaving indian falls for the simple fact that I see no end to how much they are going to keep increasing the yearly dues.

I was just informed through the association's law office that a LIEN has been put on my home, because of lack of dues being paid FOR THIS year (2010)....so I guess there will soon be ANOTHER empty home in the community...I filed chapter 13 last year to save this home, last years dues were being paid through the court process, but now instead of a payment letter for 2010 I get a letter from their law office DEMANDING full payment...and LIEN on the home
