As a resident of the Cooper neighborhood for over 30 years, I am pleased to be a part of the Cooper Neighborhood Association.

I am delighted with what the association has brought to our neighborhood and look forward to working together with many of you on issues affecting our community.

There are some exciting developments taking place, and in the planning stage, for East Tulsa.
