Enjoy your life each moment. Learn all you can and use it. To have is a blessing, but to waste knowledge is like not breathing.

Each day as you awake! say how wonderful it is, I am alive one more day. I can see, I can feel, I can smell. As you pass a flower, just stop and smell it's aroma. As you look around pick a postive sight, a tree swaying or just the calmness of still water and say ''I will have peace in my heart today'' and greet all with your beautiful smile. Speak with pride and joy a greeting to all.

Sing in your heart the sweet song of love for yourself and others.

As you return home and before you retire for the day take time to go out, look to the heaven in it's dark calm and shout how blessed to have experienced one more day in your journey of life.
