I am an original home owner who bought back in 1998. The community was so nice back then. It was clean and peaceful with no notable problems.

But over the past couple of years there has been an obvious change. The new residents are not the same caliber. Homes are being rented to people who have little or no interest in the community. Home owners in a used house have little interest in making their home and yard look presentable.

Many homes have obvious violations and are a blemish to the community. A few have turned into party central and the drunk guests urinate outside, damage property, litter, create unnecessary noise, and cause accidents in the parking lot.
