Hi Classmates:

I retired as as an electronics and computer training specialist from Lockheed Martin in Marietta GA. after 38 years of service. I am a Vietnam era veteran. I am married to Bettye Reid for forty-five years.

I was born and raised in the old 4th ward section of Atlanta. NOT a Grady baby?  No, I was born at a Black owned private hospital named Dwellings Hospital. It was located at Boulevard and Auburn Ave in 1943. The hospital's location was exactly at the spot where Martin Luther King's Gravesite  memorial is  located  today.

I attended Morehouse College and  and attended Lockheed Georgia Company 4 year Technical Training Coop/Apprenticeship in electronics. Under Lockheed's  partnering  with Georgia Tech and Southern Tech. I graduated in 1965
I developed maintenance and engineering training courses for Lockheed customers technicians, engineers and pilots from all over the world. I spent my last years 1999 -2002  traveling back and forth to the RAF base near Swindon, England  to certify computerized C 130 aircraft simulators.
