Who We Are

We are Terry and Mary, both of us being of retirement age, but both also in total denial that retirement is an option! Terry is retired from the Corporate office of Meineke Discount Muffler Shops. I work from home as a contractor for IBM, since retiring from IBM after 38 years. (some of us never give up!)
Terry and I are Block Captains and I am also the Woodburn Newsletter Editor.

Our Family

Debbie is married to Warren and they have a son, Ethan (age 9 July 2002) and live in Monroe. You'll see them frequently visiting -- especially Ethan, who feels a real part of our neighborhood and trys to attend all our neighborhood events.
Kathy is married to Paul and they have a daughter, Taylor (age 9 Nov 2002). They live in The Woodlands (just outside Houston), TX. Understandably, we see them less due to distance.
Kevin is married to Nancy and they have a daughter, Ashleigh (age 1)and Alec, born May 2003. They live in Winder (just north of Atlanta), GA. We get to visit often with them.
All three our our kids are alumni of East Mecklenburg High School.

Our Favorite Things

Terry and I both enjoy our grandkids, traveling, grandkids, reading, grandkids, and ...oh yeah...our grandkids -- when we're not working!
