My name is Kate Koenninger and I have lived in the Northwest Neighborhood for most of my life.  I am a Real Estate Specialist with Keller Williams Premier Partners in downtown Vancouver and because of my history and passion for the area, I choose to concentrate my real estate efforts right here close to home.

My husband Jefferson and I have two young children, both particpating in the Challenge Program through Vancouver Public Schools.

My dog Payson and I love taking walks through the neighborhood and talking to anyone else who is out and about.
