OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

I am a retired electrician from O. S. U. Hospital since 1994 and moved here in 1995. I went to classes at The House O New Hope to become a foster parent. In 1997 Jan. 13 I took in two brothers Sentral Hill 10 years old and Marshawn Hill 9 years old who are still here and in Jan. 24th I married Cathy.

IMPROVMENTS TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

The 300 gallons cans need to be removed because of how nasty it is around the cans and 90 gallon cans need to be give to each dweller so that the alleys can stay clean I think that there should be interence to all of those appartments from the public streets. the City should inforce the cleaningness of the yards and streets because they are so deplorable there should be a curfew on the children because they run around at all hours at night the police don't inforce the noise law about the loud boom boxes
