Welcome to the beautiful Roseleigh community, the most prestigious in the city of Memphis. We know you will find living here pleasant and rewarding.

When new resident move in, for your convenience, we will provide a copy of the Roseleigh Neighborhood Association bylaws, and a neighborhood directory which includes addresses and phone numbers of your neighbors. You will find in the directory, a list of the Board of Directors for the Association along with our covenant, rules, and guidelines for our community. Our association dues are $75.00 per year and may be mailed to our treasurer.

Each Street has a Block Captain

Each street in the beautiful Roseleigh has a block captain who is available to address any concerns you may have regarding the neighborhood. You will find a list of the block captains in your directory as well. We know you will share the pride we all feel in our beautiful neighborhood. If we can be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to call.

Several Committees

We have many committes which stimulates community involvement. Neighborhood Watch, Covenant Keepers, Garden and Social Club and many more.
