I live in Austin and my daughter lives in the new home at 8526 E. 56th St.  *I visit several times a year and keep a room here.  I love this area!  It is so relaxing and quiet as well as historic.  Who knows?  I may live here permanently someday....

My daughter is Jennifer Deaton.  She is 40 and doing renovations on the house.  She, too, loves the neighborhood.  She has a lab, Daisy, and a Pompochi, Izzy.

We will be decorating and making repairs for a while to make this home "ours" and would appreciate any trusted, reasonable contractor names as well as recommendations or tips.  Please introduce yourself to us if you see us out as we love to know our neighbors and feel safer knowing when they know us.
