However, it's also great for your mental health! When I'm feeling down over myself, I'm aware that that taking some time away from social media can help. Your routines will assist you to stay organized. Routines are simply an assortment of routines that you perform in the same order each day. If you create routines throughout your day you'll have to make fewer decisions during your day. You'll be happier and more productive.
