Carolina has been in Real Estate since 1992 starting as an apprentice appraiser then becoming a licensed appraiser in 1994. In 2003 she opened her own corporation still performing work throughout the Central Maryland area. Currently Carolina is a proud member of the sales associates at Hill & Company using her expertise in the real estate field to assist buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.

Growing up in the rolling pastures of northern Baltimore County, spending summers along the Delaware and Maryland shores, living in the West Towson community for 12 years and having investment properties throughout Baltimore County, including the boater’s paradise  “Middle River”, gives her a unique understanding of country, city, river and shore living.  

Carolina “Carrie” has been featured in the Baltimore Sun Real Estate section and has been called upon for her expertise by Lawyers, Accountants, Charity Groups, varied other Real Estate professionals, and of course, the general community.    

Over the years she has been a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and The Young Mortgage Bankers. She is currently a member of National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. In addition to her work in Real Estate she also a volunteer at the Maryland SPCA.
