That would be great. At least then we all know that he would ''Clean House'' in every which way. And that he cares enough about the neighborhood to keep it ''clean''! I say YEAH if he did!

The property has been VERY recently purchased by David Kirley.
Dave had the house he totally rehabed at the end of 40th Street by the river, and was bought out by MMSD for the Flood Control Project.

He then relocated to what was a wreck of an apartment building at 502 N. 39th Street and totally rehabed it inside and out-now the best looking and maintained apartment building on 39th Street. Dave is largely responsible for cleaning up the crime problems on 39th Street these past 5 years along with the help of the Valley Association and a few other brave neighbors. I guess when you are shot at twice by drug dealer (who were jailed ) you are pretty dedicated to the neighborhood!

Now he has purchased 308 and will be totally rehabbing that property to live in (it was left a total condemnable wreck by the former tenants and yes it's their crap outside).This also will not be yet another rental property, thank God!

Dave is very aware of the junk left behind and has called the city and has ordered a dumpster.

I hope the neighbors around that area of the neighborhood will make Dave welcome, he certainly will be an asset to his neighbors.

He will also will most likely not let any grass grow under his feet in keeping an eye on the illegal activities at the Valley Park and a few surrounding problem areas!
