Supported Employment

Supported Employment promotes employment in a variety of integrated community-based work settings for people who, because of the complexity of their disablity, need intensive training and ongoing post-employment support to perform in a work setting.

Job Coaching

Involves one-on-one skill training and supervision in order to learn work and work-related skills. Coaching is based on the individual employee and may be increased or decreased as the degree of skill and independence warrant.
