Along with millions of Americans across our great nation the Zanesville Crime Stoppers Watch organization will participate in the 19th Annual Make A Difference Day on October 24th. This is the largest community service effort in our nation, corporations, government leaders, charitable organizations and everyday American citizens go into helpful action mode on this one day. It is a salute to neighbors helping neighbors. One project from each state will be chosen to win a Make A Difference Award, which could be a cash prize. ZCSW is committed to making the Zanesville community a safer place to live. We will go door to door asking current Zanesville residents to join the organization and become volunteer ZCSW members. Along with our efforts on foot, we would like to have drive-thru ZCSW Recruitment Stations set up around the Zanesville community. These stations will provide an outlet for passers by to stop and learn more about the ZCSW organization and register to become a new member.
All ZCSW current members who would like to participate please email Don Jones or myself, email information listed below, so we can get an idea on the number of volunteers and plan accordingly. If you have any suggestions for a ZCSW Recruitment Station location please email those to Don Jones or me. Make A Difference Day t-shirts will also be available to order, see size information below. We must have all orders by Oct. 3rd and money by October 10th to ensure delivery for the event. Orders can be dropped off to Don or me at the recruitment event on Sept. 26th or Oct 3rd . Money can be given to Don or me at the Oct. 10th event.
