Our neighbor from across the alley( 2500 block of S. Acoma and Bannock) said that his big recycling bins have been stolen twice. I had not really noticed but as I walked behind the house, the 2 that use to be against our back fence are now gone too.

Has anyone else noticed these bins growing legs and seemingly walking away.  He says he thinks people are stealing them and using them as garbage cans by painting them because at Home Depot they retail for close to $80. The neighbor has now called twice to get his replaced. I just called 311 and they are supposedly going to replace ours in 4-6 weeks.  Anyone else noticing these disappearing??
