Sign, Sign, Everywhere a Sign...

The summer weather has sprouted a plethora of signs in the Wyndham Park neighborhood. These signs include garage sale, realtor, window cleaning, and other services signs. These signs can be seen congregating at the entryways to Wyndham Park, as well as, showing up in strategically placed common areas throughout our community.

Signs placed in our common areas, including the entryways and sides of streets, are against the Wyndham Park Master Association covenants and will therefore be removed and discarded.

The homeowner?’s association understands that there are occasions when it is justifiable to have a sign placed in a common area for a short period of time (1 day or less).

For this reason, the following types of signs will not be removed unless they are in place for over a day:
- Garage Sale
- Open House
- Special Occasion Signs (Birthday, Anniversary,
graduation, etc.)

The following type of signs will be removed and discarded immediately:
- Realtor
- Item for Sale
- Services Advertisement (Window Cleaning, House
Cleaning, etc.)

Please let your service providers and realtors know that they are NOT allowed to put signs on our common areas. Realtor signs ARE permitted on your own property
