Contacting the Wyndham Park HOA Board

If you have a problem or a question, please feel free to contact the HOA board and/or our management company, Hammersmith Management Company.

When contacting the board, please remember that the board is made up of your neighbors and that being on the board is a volunteer position.

For issues needing immediate assistance, please contact Hammersmith Management.

If you want to report a possible violation of the Wyndham Park covenants, you must send written notification (email will suffice) to Hammersmith Management.

The correspondence must include the following information:
- Your name and contact information (This will
not be shared outside of the board)
- Date of the violation
- The address of the violation
- The nature of the violation
- The date and time of the violation
