Hello,
first off I'd like to thank Lisa LaBeau and Bridget Smith for taking over the chairperson position. I have to hive up that position due to recent medical reasons but will remain on the team. They will be co-chairing the position.
The Little Caesar pizza kit orders and money are due on Wednesday, October 4th by 3pm. No late orders will be accepted. The order will be placed on Thursday morning. They will be delivered at 9am on Tuesday, October10th. Everyone is expected to pick up their orders by 11am. They must be refrigerated as soon as possible. We don't have space to store any kits. We do need volunteers to bring the pizzas in from the delivery truck into the basement. I will post a sign up sheet on Tuesday, October 3rd. I need at least 5 people to help to bring them in and sort them. I recently had minor surgery and won't be able to help carry the pizzas.
We recently put the fundraiser questionnaire in your mailboxes. Please fill those out and place them in the fundraising mailbox before Thursday, October 12th. The top vote getters will be the fundraisers to be scheduled later this school year. The results will be announced at the October General Meeting.
We will be running a 50/50 raffle at the October General Meeting. You may sell tickets to anyone. We will place 6 tickets in your mailbox and ask for the money to be turned in by 3pm on the meeting day. The tickets are 6 for $5.00. Half the money will go to the school and be added to your fundraising goal. The other half will be given to the winning ticket holder. Last year we had winnings of $50-$80. If you need more tickets, there will be extras in the fundraising mailbox.
