Hello,

I am writing in regards to the grass cutting/maintenance of the open field behind my house.

Today, (4/9/07) work was being done in the open field and my daughter called to let us know that our family dog was being taunted from the other side of our property by one of the workers. As she was trying to get him in the house, who ever was taunting our dog, was saying ''come on, come on'' and was putting his hand over our fence continuing to tease and taunt our dog.

If this incident occurs again and he gets out or someone gets hurt from trying to touch him while unauthorized, I will not be responsible for my dog's action who is doing what he's suppose to do which is to protect my property.

I would also like the name of the company which this job is contracted to so can give them notice of this situation.

I just wanted to let you know that I called our lawn care service after I read this email a few weeks ago and told him to please be respectful of the residents animals. He hadn't meant any harm, but I told him to please, just not mess with the animals. He agreed. Sorry for the problems that this might have caused.
