I have had the pleasure of speaking with our new COMANCO representative a few times.
It seems that he is always there, ready and eager to talk about anything of concern to me. He has always been cheerful, respectful, and easy to talk to. He has an interesting and impressive background.
He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, as an ?“Army brat?”. He moved with his family to Maryland in ?’72, and has taken an ardent interest in residential improvements and management.
He is a past vice president of the Chesapeake Region Chapter, Community Association Institute (an organization designed for the sharing of experience and issues amongst residents in the Chesapeake region). The Institute offers courses in such subjects there as property management and law.
Barry was the Treasurer of a 182-unit condo organization. He is the current president of his homeowner?’s association.
