A Review Committee for the covenants was formed in October in order to try and consolidate both sets of covenants. For those relatively new to our neighborhood, there are two phases of our addition and with that comes two separate covenants. Some covenants were the same and some not even close. The committee that met was strictly volunteer and open to anyone who wanted to attend. The goal of this committee is to bring a set of covenants before the association for voting so that covenants will be clear and less confusing. Thank you to all who attended and for everyone's input.
