I know it's a person's own business if they drive through their own front yards but with the yards being soaked with water it leaves big ugly muddy tracks and it makes the whole street look bad and it puts mud on the street. We are not living in the country.I don't mean to sound picky but why don't people think first? Can a person be sited for it?I think the Mayor should take a drive around the neighborhood and see how bad it is.It is a problem!!

I am so sick of this .People complain about all kind of stupid things,and a real problem is mentioned and a person is made fun of.I have seen yards that look like that too.Its makes me want to move ,if I can even sale my house with the way the neighborhood looks,some properties look bad.So before you make a comment like that stop and think how the person feels who lives next door to a home like that when you are try to keep your home and yard looking nice.

Property Upkeep Concerns

Your city has had a lot of success working with residents that have gotten behind on their property maintenance. We have found neighbors to be very cooperative once notified that there is a problem. Woodlawn Park Ordinances address basic property upkeep issues and Metro Louisville Ordinances fill in the gaps through their building maintenance codes. If necessary, we can utilize these avenues to solve a property upkeep matter.
