Shortly after the 'green street' at E. 239th and Kepler was installed, I spoke with Assemblymember Dinowitz re:  my concern that parked cars around the triangle impacted negatively on visibility to drivers.  I mentioned the 1 accident I knew had occurred.  Mr. Dinowitz stated that if the problems continued, he would look into no parking signs.  After witnessing several near accidents at that corner, I again called his office and spoke with Tom McNeil.  They are looking into the problem, and the option of installing no parking signs.
