My husband and I are appalled when we come across pieces of trash laying in front of residential homes. Not one person who occupy apartments in these homes bothered to pick it up. It remains there until luckily ''if'' the wind blows it away and the best part is, it belongs to them!

Another dilemma my husband and I are facing is the inability for pet owners to curb their dog. A few mornings, when I take out my trash bags, I was disturbed by an awful odor. I searched around my front lawn and came across dog manure. It was disgusting.

Finally, our backyards are infested with raccoons. We are afraid to visit our own yards. We see a family of a least six roaming around everyday. We have a 75 year old woman living with us and she's afraid to go out for fresh air because of these animals. She's had two hip replacements years ago and she is unable to walk long distances. Where is our freedom?
What are we paying taxes for?

People lack respect for themselves and the community, this is why the neighborhood will gradually change for the worse. It displays poor manners and demises our living standards. We are willing to work with our community to make our lives more comfortable and at ease in our environment. Where do we start?
