Clubhouse Reservations

Revamped Policies!!

For reservations, please call our Clubhouse Representative, Patty Bracey at 701-8710, (back-up is Patty Franzese: 321-6018). We've instituted a refreshed policy on reserving the clubhouse for personal affairs. Upon receipt of the $50.00 deposit, there will be a checklist which will indicate existing defects at the clubhouse, as well as an inventory of community items within. The deposit will be refunded in full only after a post-event inspection by the Clubhouse Representative and/or a Board Member. This policy, while remaining much the same as it ever was, will be enforced to a greater extent from this point forward, due in part to community funds having recently been spent on repairs. Please keep in mind that if the $50.00 deposit does not cover cleaning/damages, the user will be responsible for any excess. Thank you, and enjoy our community resources, as they belong to all of us.

Please remember to lock ALL doors!

We must remind our clubhouse users to lock all windows and doors INCLUDING the bathroom access door to the pool area, as well as the pool gate! As we all know, only this added measure of security can help deter vandalism, and thereby hold our dues down. Also, try and remember to get all filled polycarts to the street for Thursday pick-up Thank you!
