Neighborhood Events

1. 2006 Annual Meeting: We voted on two open board positions: Please welcome Bob Franzese to the Board of Directors as WEHA Vice President. Also, Clara Jeffery was retained for Treasurer for the next two-year term. Like Clara & Hal, Bob & Patty have long been part of our large group of wonderful volunteers at Woodlake Estates, and we thank them all! We also discussed dues and some of the concerns you and your families have, and we heard reports from the treasury and committees. Minutes are being drawn up for posting on our website and to be made official at our next annual meeting.

2. Upcoming Spring Clean-up and Community Garage Sale: Our Common Areas clean-up will be Saturday April 15th and the Garage Sale will be Saturday, April 29th. Volunteers are needed and always appreciated for helping to organize and carry out these endeavors! Contact the board and ask how to get involved!

Neighborhood News / Issues

1. Our Woodlake Estates Directory: Is being delivered at this time. Thank you to Maria Smith, our new directory coordinator! As always, please check your information to insure correctness!

2. Have you paid your Association Dues? Please get those checks to Clara Jeffery at 2528 Weymouth Way, payable to WEHA. Thank you to those who paid promptly in January! We will proceed with plans for improvements as soon as we have the money in the bank.

3. With the help of our Neighborhood Watch and the Norman Police, some progress has been made in identifying parties involved with several New Years Eve thefts from cars in Woodlake Estates. Please remember to lock your valuables, and if possible do not park on the street at night.

4. For the value of all of our homes, Please remember:

--Try to keep your cars in your garages!
