In January 2012, the Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) expanded the number of clean materials that would be accepted for recycling.  The new guidelines are available at the DSWA website.  While these rules have been in effect since January, not every trash hauler has notified customers of the updated rules for what's recyclable in Delaware.  The State produced a booklet, How to Recycle: A Guide to Recycling in Delaware, which is now linked from our neighborhoodlink page.
