Sorry, having trouble getting this right with a roomfull of kittens all trying to help me.

My question is what is going on with the new park on chouteau near choteau crossings? What are the plans for it? I am guessing there is to be a new ballfield, and I can see the walking trails. What sort of landscaping is planned? I was thinking it might be cool to try to do a community garden, there are so many homes in the neighborhood with really lovely gardens, what if we got together and did a garden for the park? I am just a beginning gardener, I would love a chance to learn from some of the obviously talented and experienced gardeners in the neighborhood, and I think it would really be something to be proud of. And far better than the mud and weeds currently thriving in our new 'park'.
