2) I bought this property back in Jan 2020 at the Chancery Court ordered Partition Sale. I am a retired electrician and business man. I am reselling the property.
It will be open for inspection May 7 through May 11 until approx 11 am.
3) The price is $242,999 + a 3% Court Ordered Fee if I have a comitement before 11am on May 11. I am settling at 1 pm.
