What is HOA doing about dead and dying lawns? Not on the ones that people are trying to keep them alive and talinf care of them but the ones that you know they haven't done anything to them.

Your HOA can send a violation notice and hope that the homeowner does something about it. Or, your HOA can hire a lawyer to send a notice that might get more attention. Gotta have teeth!

agree, gotta have teeth .... let's see what our HOA does... it's about time for change (HOA has not done much in the past years)
