Welcome to Wilson Ferry subdivision!
Wilson Ferry subdivision is a diverse community of approximately 120 homeowners. We are located in the beautiful "Upstate" region of South Carolina. We are located on the West Side of Spartanburg and are generally bordered by the Middle Tyger River to the East, Twin Lakes subdivision and SC Route 296 (Reidville Road) to the North, Twin Lakes subdivision and SC Route 417 (Poplar Springs Road) to the West, and Wilson Ferry Road to the South. We also are joined by the The Crossings at Wilson Ferry subdivision, which is located on Wilson Ferry Road. We are a "swim and tennis" community
