The dog barking has become unrully,noise polluting,disconsiderate,plaine ignorante to the neighbors around them/us.It's obviouse the owners of these pets simply dont care about theyre surroundings,or the home owners that have a lot invested in theyre real astate.Given the time these owners pets have let the loud awakeing moon howling bark us out of rest and peace we need and want and are so dearly paying for!

I agree, if you call the New Castle County Police they will assist. It's the only way to get the point across to people who let their dogs bark for hours on end.

I think you should approach the owners. If you do not get any satisfaction from the owner then go through the proper channels and contact the Maintenance corp. I own a dog and sometimes I am not aware that she is barking. I would want to know if my dog was bothering someone. Dogs bark and this can not be stopped. I agree obsessive barking is annoying. I know for a fact that some dogs are provoked by people and children standing at the fences. But Don't make this a bigger issue then it is. This is a neighborhood!! children play and dogs bark these are the sounds of life. We are all responsible homeowners that is why we live here. Problems can only be solved if they are addressed properly.

Okay, well let me address this properly. I can assure you, if you're dog is barking, it is annoying to your neighbors. The pet owner is absolutely responsible to be a good neighbor and either quiet the dog or bring it inside. If you're not so inclined than you and/or your dog should relocate to the countryside where the dog can bark to it's heart content.
